The day before election day — deployment
Trucks go out the day before election day to deliver the full election-day load to every polling location. Work orders itemize what each site gets — voting machines, scanners, ADA equipment, supply kits. As items are scanned and loaded, NxtAssets checks them against the work order. At the polling place, the delivery team and site lead both sign the custody transfer. Election day — at the polls
